Salary Guide: £30,000 – £38,000
Summary
A medium-sized, London based, practice is looking for a proactive, talented and focused Landscape Architect. Their expanding team is working on a growing portfolio of landscape-led urban projects. For them, landscape is ingrained in their approach to architecture as well as urban design. Their portfolio includes exemplary masterplan, residential and commercial mixed-use developments, as well as infrastructure, urban squares, public realm, and parks in London and Birmingham.
The right candidate will require:
- Excellent landscape design awareness, shown through a portfolio of projects you have been a part of
- A good understanding of public realm design and access regulations
- Experience of working in BIM with data-rich modeling.
- Working knowledge of planting and trees with both amenity and ecology focus
- A strong eye for design and comfortable preparing presentations and reports for UK planning applications
- Experience of working with Revit and / or MicroStation would be a benefit, so please included this in your application
- Confident and clear communicator; in writing, drawing, on screen and in person
