Summary
An established AJ100 practice with a fast-growing London studio is seeking a talented and driven Part II Architectural Assistant to join their workplace and commercial team to work on diverse high-quality projects. Clients include commercial developers, housing associations and charities.
The ideal person will be an enthusiastic and friendly team player, with existing experience working in practice, and some experience working through all RIBA stages.
Requirements/Skills:

- Must be a qualified RIBA Part II Architectural Assistant
- Have experience using Revit, within practice, not only studying
- Be comfortable overseeing a small team’s design quality, setting direction, and reviewing design information
- Have a professional friendly character
- Have experience preparing detail drawings and specifications for inclusion in Stage 4
The practice:
- Great studio environment with a very friendly atmosphere to work in
- Has multiple design studios across the UK, with this role will being based in their London office
- Hybrid working is available, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office with the team
