An Architecture and Interior Design firm located in London is seeking a Senior Interior Architect to join the team. This company has worked on a range of projects from private residences to bespoke hotels, yachts, and jets. The role would involve working with clients, dealing with trades & contractors and requires a strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Job description:

  • The successful person will take control of design details and confidently lead projects.
  • Manage and guide mid-weight and junior designers.
  • Supporting line managers with client presentations and growing business.
  • Great organizational and time skills, keeping to deadlines and adhering to project programs and scopes.
  • Cultivating and preserving client relationships while consistently exemplifying exceptional brand representation.
  • Upholding s adherence to brand guidelines within the organization.
  • Enforcing compliance with company systems and internal controls.
  • Serving as a role model for colleagues.
  • Demonstrating a keen understanding of budgets and maintaining commercial awareness throughout the design process.
  • Overseeing and checking technical drawings from other members of the team.
  • Regulating and checking on-site implementation.
  • Delegating and distributing workload across the team evenly.
  • This role would be for someone legally eligible to work in the UK.

  • Experience in the technical aspects of design I required, with knowledge of FF&E considered a bonus.
  • Demonstrated on-site experience overseeing and verifying design implementation is highly desirable.
  • Must be experienced in AutoCAD.
  • Must have a degree in Interior Design/ Architecture.
