Senior Russian Speaking Project architect
A Quick Summary
A world class design-led studio based near Shoreditch is seeking a senior member of staff. Upon winning a competition based internationally, the studio is seeking an architect with at least 6 years’ experience working on projects outside of the UK. You will be coordinating with a team who will be on site in Russia. The studio is a medium to large size of around 80 people.
The Role
You will be working on a large mixed-use scheme in Russia working in an AutoCAD and rhino environment. You will need to have knowledge of local planning regulations as you will be joining this project from concept design to planning and then later stages. You must also be able to speak Russian, at least to a high proficiency. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with the local team, authorities and clients as well as developing the design and delivery of the scheme.
What sectors do they work in?
The studio specialises in a high-quality design approach and offers a broad sector portfolio. You will be working on a large mixed-use scheme which implements residential, retail and hospitality elements.
Software and Knowledge
You will be working with AutoCAD and rhino. Proficiency in these areas is key. You must also be able to demonstrate understanding of local planning regulations and be able to communicate at a professional proficiency level in Russian.
