Architectural Business Development Consultant

A globally recognized architectural ironmongery manufacturer is looking for an Architectural Business Development Consultant in order to leverage their big brands and grow their market share within the commercial sphere. This is a key role; creating demand and working within the different departments to stay on the front foot to ensure they are the market leader in architectural ironmongery. You will need to develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers and ensure internal processes and resources are in place and followed to deliver an excellent customer experience and maximise sales.
The Role
This role will require you to work remotely 85% of the time, working and driving between London and Birmingham depending on the projects. You will be an expert at developing and maintaining great relationships with architects, specifiers, developers, construction companies and the OEM door manufacturers market. You will need to find and follow up leads via cold calling, product presentations, CPD presentations and other lead systems to completion of the projects.
Software and Knowledge
An understanding of architectural needs and how architects work is a must as you will need to know how to help them and provide an excellent service at all times.
