As Senior interior designer or interior architect you will be leading a talented team to deliver unique, forward thinking and exciting projects across varying styles and sectors. Based in central London with a stunning office and convenient travel options.

Job description:

  • You must have experience of leading standout hospitality projects. Food and beverage or hotel experience are ideal.
  • Take ownership, responsibility and accountability to deliver projects to the highest level of professional competency and industry standards.
  • Ensure that designs are technically competent, practical, fit for purpose whilst corresponding with the Client objectives and to budgets.
  • Leading, mentoring and nurturing a project team.
  • Resource / time management and oversight of multiple design projects from concept to delivery
  • You will be a good communicator and confident client facer.
  • Experienced liaising with contractors and suppliers.
  • You must have a good technical understanding of interior design.
  • Come up with creative and inspirational design ideas.
  • Understanding of design tends and target markets.
  • Must have a good understanding of FF&E.
  • Inspirer the team to push the bonders of creative design.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office; also, FF&E Scheduling and Spexx Design Documentation System where assigned.
