An experienced 3D Artist is sought to lead a talented CGI visualisation and animation team in East London. This is a senior creative role with responsibility for producing photorealistic 3D renderings and animations across high-profile residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
The successful candidate will set the creative benchmark for the studio, ensuring consistent quality and innovation. Day-to-day, you’ll be mentoring the 3D team, guiding workflows, managing deadlines, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 3D artists, ensuring consistent quality and creative excellence
- Create photorealistic 3D renderings and animations for luxury projects
- Oversee project workflows, managing timelines and resources effectively
- Maintain high creative standards across all visual outputs
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding results
The Successful Candidate:
- Proven experience as a 3D Artist, with a portfolio of hyper-realistic visualisation and animation for luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects
- Demonstrable leadership and team management skills
- Advanced proficiency in 3D software – 3DS Max, Corona, V-Ray, Rhino, Revit, and SketchUp
- Excellent attention to detail and creative vision
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
