3D Artist Role Summary
3D Artist opportunity with an established creative studio based in East London. The studio works across a wide range of international projects, from temporary installations to large-scale permanent architectural works, and is known for its innovative, design-led approach to digital and physical environments.
This role suits a motivated mid-weight 3D Artist who enjoys working within a multidisciplinary team and contributing to high-quality visual storytelling. You will collaborate closely with designers, visualisers and computational designers, helping to push concept designs and digital content forward across diverse project types.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative creative team, you will support the visualisation and delivery of projects through high-quality 3D outputs, animation and real-time content.
- Producing high-quality 3D visuals, including stills, animations and procedural design work
- Interpreting creative direction from design and computational teams to visualise concepts clearly
- Creating models and scenes for real-time and VR applications
- Working confidently across multiple 3D software packages and data-driven workflows
- Designing generative content for interactive installations that bridge digital design and physical hardware
- Optimising rendering workflows and supporting the development of the 3D visualisation pipeline
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members when required
The Candidate
- Minimum of four years’ professional experience in a relevant creative or design industry
- Advanced working knowledge of Cinema 4D in a professional environment
- Experience with render engines, ideally Octane, with Redshift or V-Ray as an advantage
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including After Effects
- Previous experience supporting or leading junior team members
