All-Round Midweight Interior Designer Role Summary
We’re partnering with a boutique interior design studio who are looking for a Midweight Interior Designer, They create some of the most elegant, experience-rich hospitality spaces in London and beyond. Known for its warm, all-hands-on-deck culture and eye for beautifully crafted detail, this studio is looking for a Midweight Interior Designer with around 3 years’ experience to join the team.
If you’re an AutoCAD-confident, F&B-savvy designer who thrives on being involved in every part of the process, from concept to site, this could be the perfect next step.
The Role
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of passionate designers delivering standout bars, restaurants, and private hospitality venues. This is a true all-rounder role — you’ll be hands-on with everything from early concept development and material sourcing to drawing packs and bespoke FF&E.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and delivery of F&B interiors at all project stages
- Work confidently in AutoCAD to produce drawings, joinery details, and FF&E layouts
- Support senior designers with mood boards, sample sourcing, and material scheduling
- Assist in consultant coordination and client presentations
- Contribute to drawing packages for planning, tender, and construction stages
- Attend site visits and assist with on-site design implementation
What They’re Looking For
- Around 3 years’ experience in high-end interior design, ideally in hospitality or F&B sectors
- Strong AutoCAD skills and experience working on drawing packages
- Comfortable working across concept, FF&E, and technical stages – you’re an all-rounder by nature
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced studio environment
- A portfolio that shows creativity, craft, and clear technical ability
