Summary
A brilliant small design lead Architects practice in East London is growing their team, due to an increase in projects, and is seeking a strong and creative ARB qualified Architect to join the team.
The practice is less than 10 people, so a friendly, go getter character is required, as well as a clear passion for Architecture and the industry.
In addition the right person should:
- Be a qualified ARB Architect, ideally at least 3 or 4 years pot qualification and working in renowned design led practice
- Proficient in Microstation and Sketchup, or AutoCAD proficient and willing to learn Microstation would also be okay
- Have excellent presentation and communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong hand sketching skills would be a bonus, so please provide some samples in your portfolio
- Have experience on UK housing or large scale residential projects, ideally at early stages 0-3, on projects 200+ units
- Have worked on concept, planning and feasibility studies previously
