About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented Architect or Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of residential and hospitality projects across a range of RIBA stages. Working closely with senior team members, you will contribute to the development of design and technical information, coordinate project packages, and play an important role in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career within a design-focused practice while gaining exposure to all aspects of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and coordination of project packages across multiple RIBA stages
- Produce high-quality design and technical information using Revit
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
- Support project delivery to ensure programme, quality, and regulatory requirements are met
- Contribute to design development and technical detailing
- Attend project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
About You
- ARB-registered Architect or ACIAT Architectural Technologist
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience working on residential and/or hospitality projects
- Good understanding of design development and technical delivery
- Experience contributing to the coordination and delivery of project packages
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and keen to take ownership of your work
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
