About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Architect to take a key role in the delivery of residential and hospitality projects across all RIBA stages. You will be responsible for leading project packages, coordinating consultants and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest design and technical standards.
This role is ideal for an architect who combines strong design sensibility with solid technical expertise and enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project packages across multiple RIBA stages
- Develop and coordinate design and technical information to a high standard
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Coordinate project teams and contribute to successful project delivery
- Ensure projects meet programme, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Support the development of design concepts while maintaining technical excellence
- Contribute positively to the studio’s collaborative culture
About You
- ARB-registered Architect with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
- Experience working on residential and/or hospitality projects
- Proven experience leading project packages and taking ownership of key project elements
- Strong understanding of both design development and technical delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organised, and confident working both independently and within a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
