• Utilise advanced Revit skills to work on residential schemes, particularly focusing on Stage 4 onwards.
• Demonstrate a strong technical ability and knowledge of technical requirements.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of UK regulations and NHBC standards.
• Collaborate effectively with contractors and developers, actively participating in the production of technical packages alongside a small team.
• Proactively solve problems and represent the architectural firm in design team and technical meetings.
• Showcase potential to become a job running architect, taking on increased responsibility and leadership.

Skills and qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with advanced Revit skills, specifically in the context of residential schemes.
• Ideally, have experience in residential care projects.
• Strong technical ability and knowledge of technical requirements.
• Thorough understanding of UK regulations and NHBC standards.
• Hands-on experience working with contractors and developers, including the production of technical packages.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate design team and technical meetings effectively.
