Key responsibilities:
- Utilise advanced Revit skills to work on residential schemes, particularly focusing on Stage 4 onwards.
- Demonstrate a strong technical ability and knowledge of technical requirements.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of UK regulations and NHBC standards.
- Collaborate effectively with contractors and developers, actively participating in the production of technical packages alongside a small team.
- Proactively solve problems and represent the architectural firm in design team and technical meetings.
- Showcase potential to become a job running architect, taking on increased responsibility and leadership.
Skills and qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with advanced Revit skills, specifically in the context of residential schemes.
- Ideally, have experience in residential care projects.
- Strong technical ability and knowledge of technical requirements.
- Thorough understanding of UK regulations and NHBC standards.
- Hands-on experience working with contractors and developers, including the production of technical packages.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate design team and technical meetings effectively.
