HAUS Careers is pleased to be representing a dynamic, design-led architectural practice based in East London. The practice is seeking an experienced Architectural Assistant or Architect with around 5 years’ in-practice experience to join its friendly and collaborative studio on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded candidate who has worked across both design and delivery stages, is confident using Revit, and is looking to take on greater responsibility within a supportive, high-quality design environment.
The Role
You will work across a range of large-scale residential and mixed-use projects, contributing from early design through to technical delivery. The role offers strong exposure to both creative design development and RIBA Stages 3–5, with opportunities to collaborate closely with senior architects and consultants.
Responsibilities include producing design and technical drawings, developing coordinated Revit models, assisting with planning and construction packages, and supporting the smooth delivery of projects on site.
Key Requirements
Around 5 years’ experience working within architectural practice
Experience across both design and delivery stages
Comfortable and happy working in Revit
Strong understanding of RIBA work stages and project workflows
Ability to produce high-quality design and technical drawings
Good knowledge of construction detailing and building regulations
Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
Proactive, reliable, and detail-focused
