Architect Role Summary
Architect opportunity with an award-winning architecture and design practice in London, working on sustainable residential schemes. Key Responsibilities
- Work on residential-led projects, from early concept through to delivery
- Prepare outline and detailed planning applications, including design codes
- Contribute strong design ideas and support the development of project concepts
- Produce and review technical drawings and design packages
- Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, and clients to achieve successful outcomes
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within scope
Requirements
- Qualified Architect with proven post-Part 3 experience
- Track record working on UK residential projects, ideally low-rise schemes
- Excellent design skills, strong attention to detail, and sketching ability
- Solid understanding of UK planning processes and applications
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe InDesign
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
