Architect Role Summary
£45K – £55K DOE | Central London | AJ100 Practice
Join a highly regarded AJ100 architecture practice known for its beautifully crafted buildings, strong technical rigour, and genuinely supportive studio culture. With several high-profile commercial and mixed-use projects recently secured, the practice is continuing its growth and is now seeking an experienced Architect to strengthen its delivery team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically confident Architect who enjoys seeing projects through the later stages and wants to play a key role in delivering complex, well-designed buildings within a collaborative, design-led environment.
Role Overview
You will take responsibility across delivery-focused RIBA stages, working closely with senior architects, consultants, and contractors. The role offers autonomy, trust, and the chance to influence technical outcomes while remaining closely connected to the design intent.
Key Skills & Experience
ARB-registered Architect with 3+ years post-qualification experience
Strong experience across RIBA Stages 3–5, with particular confidence in Stages 4 & 5
Excellent technical detailing and coordination skills
High level of Revit proficiency – fully BIM-integrated studio
Experience delivering commercial, mixed-use, and/or residential projects
Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with consultants and wider design teams
Proactive, collaborative, and delivery-focused approach
