Architect Role Summary
0–3 Years Post-ARB
Award-Winning, International Design Studio | Southwest London
£38,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
An internationally acclaimed, design-led architecture and interior design studio is looking for a talented Architect to join its dynamic Southwest London team.
Renowned for creating beautifully crafted, highly considered architecture across the residential, hospitality, cultural, and commercial sectors, the studio has built a reputation for design excellence, technical rigour, and a deeply collaborative approach. With projects spanning the UK and internationally, this is a rare opportunity to be part of a practice that consistently delivers work of exceptional quality and ambition.
The Opportunity
This role is perfectly suited to a recently qualified Architect (0–3 years post-ARB) who is eager to sharpen their design and delivery skills within a creative, supportive, and design-driven environment.
You will gain hands-on experience across all RIBA stages — from early concept and planning through to detailed technical delivery — taking ownership of defined project packages while collaborating closely with senior architects and consultants. Exposure to complex, high-profile UK and international schemes will allow you to broaden your experience and accelerate your professional development.
This is not a back-office delivery role — you will be actively involved in shaping architecture of real quality and impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
Contributing to high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects across all RIBA stages
Developing intelligent, elegant architectural solutions that balance design vision with technical resolution
Producing and coordinating high-quality drawings and BIM documentation in Revit
Supporting planning submissions, tender packages, and technical detailing
Assisting in consultant coordination and client communication
Championing design integrity, sustainability, and best practice throughout project delivery
What We’re Looking For
ARB-registered Architect with 0–3 years post-qualification experience
Strong design instincts supported by sound technical understanding
UK project experience (international exposure advantageous)
Confident Revit user with solid detailing capability
Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and delivery processes
Clear and confident communicator
Organised, proactive, and eager to take ownership
Positive, collaborative, and engaged in studio culture
Full right to work in the UK
Why This Studio?
This is a practice that genuinely invests in its people. You’ll be joining a social, inclusive, and design-focused team where mentoring is embedded in studio life and progression is actively supported.
Alongside working on ambitious, beautifully executed projects, you’ll benefit from:
Structured mentoring and clear career progression
Private medical cover
Pension contributions
Enhanced parental leave
Generous annual leave plus Christmas closure
Subsidised lunches
Wellness and sports initiatives
Cycle to Work scheme
The studio culture strikes a careful balance between creative ambition and genuine work-life quality — a place where design excellence and team spirit go hand in hand.
If you’re looking to develop your career within a RIBA award-winning practice known for ambitious design, collaborative energy, and beautifully crafted architecture, this could be the next step.
