Architect Role Summary
We are looking for a talented Architect to join a London studio and focus on the delivery of high-quality Education projects. This employee-owned practice is widely recognised for its design-led and people-focused approach, with recent accolades in the AJ100 and Architect of the Year Awards.
With studios across the UK & Ireland, they work collaboratively as one team. Their Education sector work spans schools, colleges and universities, with particular expertise in SEN and inclusive learning environments.
The role
As an Architect, you’ll act as Lead Designer on Education projects, working across all RIBA stages. You’ll play a key role in design quality and technical delivery, as well as supporting business development through bids and proposals.
What they’re looking for
Fully qualified Architect with 5+ years post-qualification experience
Proven Education-sector experience – SEN knowledge advantageous
Experience working across all RIBA stages
Strong design ability, with a portfolio to demonstrate this
Confident in leading client presentations and liaising with stakeholders
Understanding of BIM processes; Revit skills an advantage
Good technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction
Professional Health & Safety qualification
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams
Proven capability in work winning and knowledge of UK procurement processes
What’s on offer
Salary: £40,000 – £46,000
