North London | £40,000 – £55,000 | ArchiCAD | Design-Led Practice
A well-established, design-focused developer based in North London is seeking a talented Architect to join its growing team. With a strong pipeline of multi-unit residential and commercial schemes, this is an excellent opportunity for a creative and technically capable architect who enjoys taking projects from concept through to completion.
The Role
You will play a key role across a diverse portfolio of bespoke, high-end developments, leading projects through all RIBA stages. Working closely with clients, consultants and the wider design team, you will be responsible for developing thoughtful design solutions, coordinating project delivery and ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential and mixed-use projects through all RIBA work stages
- Develop creative design proposals while ensuring projects remain technically robust and commercially viable
- Produce planning, design and construction information using ArchiCAD
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Attend client meetings, design reviews and site visits to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture
About You
- ARB-registered Architect with 3+ years’ post-Part III experience (or equivalent project experience)
- Strong background delivering high-rise, multi-unit residential and commercial projects
- Proficient in ArchiCAD (essential)
- Confident managing projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and liaising directly with clients and contractors
- Passionate about creating high-quality, design-led architecture with excellent attention to detail
