Architect Role Summary
Manchester | 6-month contract (likely to become permanent) | Stage 4 / 5 | Start ASAP
We are currently supporting a leading design team on a major Manchester-based scheme and are seeking an experienced Architect to join at Stage 4, progressing into Stage 5 delivery.
This is an urgent requirement for a package architect to work across a £50m commercial new build project, supporting the Project Architect and wider team. The role sits within a collaborative environment that includes a Project Architect and Part 2 Architect.
Project Overview:
- New public realm, landscape and commercial plots
- Workplace-led commercial scheme
- Focus on technical delivery across RIBA Stages 4 & 5 packages
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in the workplace / commercial sector
- Proven track record delivering RIBA Stage 4 and 5 technical packages
- Excellent Revit proficiency (essential)
- Strong technical detailing and construction drawing experience
- Ability to work independently while supporting a wider project team
Working Pattern:
- 3–4 days in office (Manchester), with flexible hybrid working
