Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, and hospitality.
Develop detailed architectural designs, plans, and drawings using Revit and Rhino, focusing on sectors such as commercial, residential, and hospitality.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet client needs across various sectors.
Conduct site visits and oversee the construction process to ensure the design is implemented correctly across all sectors.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards within the context of various architectural sectors.
Manage the design process and timelines for multiple projects across diverse sectors, ensuring all deadlines and budgets are met.
Mentor and support junior architects, particularly in areas related to design and technical execution in key sectors.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, presenting architectural proposals and designs across sectors.
Continuously monitor the progress of projects within various sectors, providing updates and managing client expectations.
Collaborate with external consultants and other professionals to ensure that all aspects of the project align with the overall vision, particularly in commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
years of experience in architectural design, with specific exposure to sectors such as commercial, residential, and hospitality.
Proficiency in Revit and Rhino for architectural design and project delivery across diverse sectors.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices applicable to the various sectors of architecture.
A portfolio demonstrating a strong track record of work across multiple sectors, with an emphasis on commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, particularly in the commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.
