HAUS Careers is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified Architect or an Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to join a prestigious practice based in Central London. This anonymous firm specialises in high-end bespoke residential and mixed-use sectors. Key Responsibilities for this Architect Role

  • Collaborate on high-end bespoke residential and mixed-use projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD/MicroStation and enhance visualisation with Sketchup and V-Ray.
  • Contribute to the creative design process, bringing innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Produce and present high-quality visuals and models for client presentations.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure design integrity and project delivery.
  • Engage in client meetings and site visits, maintaining a professional and personable approach.

Skills and Qualifications for this Architect Role

  • Proficient in 2D software such as AutoCAD; knowledge of Microstation is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Sketchup and V-Ray for visualisation and presentation.
  • A well-presented portfolio.
  • Excellent editing and visualisation skills.
  • Strong design sensibility and eagerness to learn.
  • Personable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ARB registration is beneficial for Newly Qualified Architects.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment.
