Key Requirements for this Architect Role

  • Proficiency in Revit software is essential.
  • Previous experience in roles related to healthcare, education, or one-off housing could be advantageous, although a willingness to learn and adapt is equally valued.
  • Your ability to navigate through all RIBA stages, from conceptualisation to completion, will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects.
  • ARB accreditation and the legal right to work in the UK are essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years post Part III qualification experience is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must-have as you’ll be liaising with internal teams and clients alike.
