Architect / Project Architect Role – HAUS Careers is proud to partner with a respected and award-winning architecture practice based in Clerkenwell, at the heart of London’s design scene. The studio is seeking a talented and motivated Architect or Project Architect to join their growing team and take on a key role in delivering a range of high-quality, design-focused projects.
With a broad portfolio spanning commercial, residential, workplace, hospitality, and creative reuse, this is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team on projects of real scale and impact.
The Architect / Project Architect Role:
You’ll be a vital member of the project team, responsible for helping to develop design proposals and delivering coordinated drawing packages. This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative flair and sound technical ability who thrives on working collaboratively to maintain design integrity through to completion.
You’ll be involved in projects across all RIBA stages, with particular focus on design development and coordination. A sharp eye for detail, solid understanding of UK regulations, and strong Revit skills are all key to success in this position.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience working on complex UK-based projects
A portfolio that shows both strong design sensibility and technical proficiency
Ability to contribute meaningfully across all RIBA work stages, particularly design development and detailing
Confidence in interpreting design direction and delivering to a high standard
Skilled in producing and coordinating detailed drawing packages
Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, materials and construction detailing
Experience reviewing and contributing to technical specifications
Proficiency in Revit is essential, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable
Strong verbal, visual and sketch communication skills
A proactive attitude with a desire to grow within the practice and take on responsibility
