A leading London-based design and architecture studio is seeking a talented and ambitious Architect to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Architect with 5–7 years’ post-Part III experience, particularly strong in RIBA Stage 4 onwards, to become part of an award-winning, design-led practice.
The studio works across a diverse portfolio including workplace, repositioning and high-end residential projects, with a strong emphasis on refurbishment and adaptive reuse. The team champions creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence, offering a vibrant and supportive work environment.
This is a full-time, office-based role working Monday to Friday, with a 4pm finish every Friday.
Key Skills and Experience:
Fully qualified Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ post-Part III experience
Proven experience working on complex architectural and interior projects, particularly refurbishments and extensions of existing buildings
Confident delivering RIBA Stages 4 through to completion
Excellent technical and detailing skills – a high level of precision and problem-solving ability is essential
Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about innovative, high-quality design
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to liaise effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Site experience and familiarity working alongside contractors to ensure high-quality execution is advantageous
Comfortable leading smaller teams or contributing within a larger project team
Experience guiding and mentoring junior team members
Digital Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
Revit experience beneficial but not a requirement
Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
