Summary

A sustainable led practice based in Central London is seeking a highly motivated Architect to join their team to deliver innovative and sustainable commercial, cultural and mixed use projects. The practice’s projects are driven by a commitment to sustainability and a passion for design excellence. They are leaders in net zero carbon design, committed to reducing embodied and operational carbon on all their projects as well as their studios.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design and delivery of commercial and mixed use projects, from concept to completion
  • Lead the development of sustainability strategies, including low carbon and renewable energy solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants and contractors
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • A degree in Architecture, with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience
  • Experience in sustainable led commercial and mixed use projects
  • Strong design, technical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
