Architect / Technician Role:
A fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled Architectural Technician or Architect to join a leading practice in high-end commercial design on a short-term contract. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical expertise who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can produce high-quality technical drawings and information packages with efficiency and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing detailed technical drawings for RIBA Stages 3, 4, and 5
Supporting projects from concept through to completion
Coordinating with the wider design team, consultants, and contractors
Ensuring designs meet UK building regulations and industry standards
Delivering high-end commercial projects with a focus on precision and detail
About You:
3-5+ years of experience in a UK-based architectural practice
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Strong experience in high-end commercial architecture
A solid understanding of UK building regulations
Detail-oriented, highly organised, and technically skilled
Experience working on existing buildings is a plus
