Salary Guide: £40,000 – £46,000

Summary

A super friendly practice, of 50 people is seeking a new talented and arb/riba qualified Architect to join them, to work on some exciting commercial projects in London.

This multiple award-winning studio is based in the sought-after design district of East London and has a wonderful working environment, top-quality office, and good work/life balance.

You will be working on an exciting office and commercial project in the UK, with a focus on London projects.

As big fans of Microstation and Revit, confidence in using this software is required.

The right candidate must:

  • Have at least the last 5 years of experience on mixed-use commercial projects in the UK, ideally as most recent work.
  • Must have Microstation and Revit knowledge, and ideally understanding SketchUp
  • Will have experience of UK building regulations, and experience on feasibility studies – thought the project will develop through all RIBA stages, so all-rounders are welcome.
