The Role
In this role, you’ll support the design team by transforming initial sketches into accurate CAD drawings, detailed joinery packages, set outs, elevations, and technical documentation. Your strong AutoCAD skills will be central as you contribute to the successful delivery of luxury residential projects. You’ll collaborate closely with senior architects and the wider team to ensure design intent is realised throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce clear, detailed CAD drawings from sketches, including joinery packages, elevations, and set outs
Develop and refine architectural details with a focus on high-quality craftsmanship
Support the team through all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on technical delivery
Work closely with senior architects, consultants, and contractors to maintain design standards
Assist in coordinating drawings and documentation to ensure seamless project progression
Be a reliable, proactive team player contributing to a collaborative studio culture
About You:
Part II qualified or Newly Qualified Architect with 3–5 years’ relevant experience
Proficient in AutoCAD with strong technical drawing skills
Experience producing joinery details and architectural set outs for high-end residential projects
Comfortable working as part of a team, taking direction and offering constructive input
Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to develop your skills within a luxury residential environment
A passion for finely crafted interiors and architectural detailing
