Summary
An AJ100 practice is looking for an experienced part II Architectural Assistant to join their friendly small London Studio. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a range of sectors, but with a focus on multi-unit housing initially, with the opportunity to grow to mixed use and commercial projects in London down the line.
The ideal candidate will have some practice experience working on residential, commercial or mixed use projects in the UK, with some strong modelling skills and a good eye for design. So well presented portfolio with technical samples to hand drawings ideally.
The candidate must:
- Be a RIBA part II qualified Architectural Assisatant
- Have 2 -3 years of UK experience working in practice
- have strong modelling and visualisation skills
- have some understanding of UK building regulations and standards
- Have experience across all RIBA Work Stages, particularly in early stages for either commercial or multi-unit residential projects, ideally in London
- Be proficient AutoCAD, and ideally experienced in Revit (please highlight this in your application)
- Have the right to work in the UK
