HAUS Careers is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Designer to join a UK architectural practice in central London. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of projects in the residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors. The successful candidate will showcase exceptional graphic design and 3D image-making skills, proficiency in CGI, AutoCAD, and Sketchup, along with a passion for architecture and design will make you a successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design team on residential and commercial projects, to work on the early stages of all projects coming in – to create the visuals and graphics for the practice.
  • Demonstrate an intuitive understanding of 3D space and an interest in materiality.
  • Work self-motivated and enthusiastically within a team-oriented environment.
  • Showcase excellent modelling skills, with knowledge of Vectorworks as an advantage.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background as an Architectural Assistant, Architectural Designer or Overseas Architect.
  • Ideally 4 to 5 years of in-practice experience.
  • Exceptional graphics / 3D image-making skills.
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering software, Vray, or similar.
  • Keen interest in materiality and architectural design.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and strong teamwork abilities.
  • Chance to be a part of and work to elevate all projects that come into the practice.
  • Excellent Vectorworks skills would be a bonus.
