Key responsibilities:

• Prepare planning drawings for statutory approval authorities.
• Create technical 2D and 3D design solutions using AutoCAD and traditional methods.
• Assist the Technical Director in producing production information.
• Collaborate with Consultants and Manufacturers in the selection of construction products.
• Contribute to the development of construction packages.
• Conduct technical research on products and building materials as directed.
• Prepare meeting notes and record events as required.
• Support site inspections and quality inspections.
• Create photographic, SketchUp, and 3D visuals under the guidance of the Technical Director.
• Prepare standard and typical details as directed.

Experience:

• Ability to sketch by hand in 3D and 2D technical details.
• Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD.
• Some experience in SketchUp for explaining building junctions and details.
• Basic proficiency in Photoshop for visualizing details.
• Experienced in the technical delivery of standard and bespoke detailing within the specified market sector.
• Strong interest in technical development of bespoke details.

Skills:

• Experience in drawing up specifications using NBS.
• Strong interest or hobby in technical motivation.
