The Role
You’ll be working across multiple projects from planning through to delivery, with a strong focus on technical detailing and compliance. The studio is involved in bespoke residential schemes, so an eye for detail and a solid technical grounding are key.
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician within residential projects
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations (essential)
- High proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to manage and deliver smaller projects with confidence
- Strong technical detailing and drawing package experience
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working within a small team
