Salary Guide: £48,000 – £55,000 

Summary

An AJ100 Practice ideally located in leafy suburban London, is seeking a Architectural Technician or Technical Architect to join their growing team to support the delivery of housing and later living schemes in the UK.

You will be working on UK based design-focused and sustainable later living and care projects, and will need strong design and presentation skills, with at least four years experience working on similar projects in the UK.

This practice is known for delivering iconic projects in London and across the country with a creative and innovative approach. They have a great studio environment with a very friendly atmosphere to work in and encourage the professional development of their talented designers.

The right person would ideally have:

• Large scale housing experience or ideally later living, care home project experience
• Ideally be at least 4 years post ARB/ RIBA qualification
• Have existing knowledge of UK building regulations and planning permission
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal as well as excellent presentation
• Previous experience of using Revit on live projects, ideally a fluent user who can hit the ground
