With a history of award-winning work and a commitment to design excellence, this London-based practice is now looking for a talented Associate Architect to join their growing team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious architect with experience in any of the above sectors to take the next step in their career—working on high-profile UK and international projects from concept through delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead the design and delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 2–6
Manage internal teams and coordinate with external consultants
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to shape project vision and ensure delivery excellence
Drive quality standards and contribute to design reviews and strategic planning
Mentor junior team members and support broader studio development
What we’re looking for:
ARB-registered Architect with 6+ years’ post-Part III experience
Strong portfolio across at least one sector: education, residential, healthcare, or commercial
Demonstrated ability to lead medium-to-large-scale projects through all RIBA stages
Confident communicator and team leader, with excellent client-facing skills
Passionate about high-quality design and technical delivery
UK experience and strong knowledge of UK building regulations
What’s on offer:
£60,000–£70,000 salary, depending on experience
20 days holiday + 1 extra day for each year of service (up to 25)
