Associate Architect Role Summary
We’re working with a leading UK & Ireland architectural practice to find an Associate Architect with strong Defence sector experience to join their London studio.
This employee-owned practice is consistently ranked among the top 20 in the UK and has recently been recognised in the AJ100 and Architect of the Year Awards. With studios across London, Sheffield, Cardiff, Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin, they collaborate seamlessly across sectors, sharing knowledge and resources to deliver some of the UK’s most innovative projects.
The role
This is a senior opportunity to lead Defence-sector projects, from early design through to delivery. You’ll take ownership of client relationships, oversee large-scale programmes, and guide project teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions.
What they’re looking for
Qualified Architect with 10+ years’ experience
Expertise in Defence-sector projects
Strong leadership, client-facing and communication skills
Proven ability to manage bids, fee proposals and project delivery
Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and construction
Revit, ArchiCAD or 3D CAD experience is desirable
What’s on offer
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
