The Role
You will take a key leadership role within the project team, contributing to the design and delivery of complex, high-profile architectural projects. The focus will be on global commercial and retail environments, with opportunities to work on landmark schemes in Asia and the Middle East.
The position requires someone with a sharp design eye, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with clients and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project teams across all RIBA stages, ensuring creative excellence and technical quality
Balance design vision with programme, budget, and client expectations
Coordinate internal teams and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, taking briefs and managing expectations
Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive studio environment
Oversee resource planning, project programming, and technical delivery
Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and presentations both internally and externally
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and industry partners
Report to senior leadership on progress, risk, and team capacity
About You
ARB-registered Architect with significant post-Part III experience
Proven experience delivering complex commercial or retail projects at a high level
Strong technical knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction processes
Excellent leadership, team management, and client-facing skills
Highly organised with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Confident communicator with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
Passionate about design and able to bring original thinking to the table
