A well-established architectural practice in Shoreditch, is looking for an experienced and confident Associate Architect to join their leadership team. This is a strategic role with real influence, ideal for a senior Architect who enjoys leading projects, mentoring others, and helping shape the future of a growing studio.
The successful candidate will have strong project delivery experience, a collaborative approach, and the ability to manage both people and complex design work. The practice delivers a variety of projects including urban regeneration, residential developments, and heritage buildings.

Role Responsibilities
Lead projects across all RIBA stages, from concept through to delivery
Manage and mentor architectural staff, supporting professional development
Oversee programme and budget management across multiple projects
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
Support QA processes and contribute to studio design standards
Engage in internal design reviews and knowledge-sharing
Assist with resourcing, project planning, and business development
Contribute to a positive and inclusive studio culture
Skills and Experience Required
ARB registered with a minimum of 5 years post-Part III experience
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects
Skilled across all RIBA work stages, with a strong technical understanding
Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a strong advantage
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign) proficiency required
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning Policy
Strong communicator and team leader with a strategic mindset
