Salary Guide: £58,000 – £65,000
Summary
A leading AJ100 practice is looking for an inspiring Associate Director to lead their Manchester Studio. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to step up into a senior management position within one of the largest architecture practices in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of successfully leading complex multi-unit housing projects in the UK, and be able to contribute innovative ideas and strategies within the practice while representing the company’s strong social, ethical and sustainable values.
The ideal candidate must:
- Be ARB accredited
- Have at least 10 – 15 year’s post-Part III UK experience working in practice on multi-unit housing, masterplanning and mixed-use projects
- Be technically focused and able to contribute and develop to the practice technical standards
- Have up to date knowledge of fire safety regulations and the UK planning system
- Be an inspiring leader, capable of managing multiple projects and teams
- Have excellent communication skills, client facing experience and a strategic outlook
- Be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Have the right to work in the UK
