Senior / Associate FF and E Designer Role Summary
A renowned luxury interior design studio is seeking a Senior or Associate FF and E Designer to join their highly respected team who are celebrated for their timeless, elegant and meticulously detailed aesthetics. They are looking for a confident designer with proven installation and site coordination experience, a portfolio aligned with a classic, luxurious design style, and the ability to lead creatively while supporting the wider interiors team. You will work closely with senior leadership, acting as a trusted right hand to the Head of Interior and playing a key role in guiding the creative direction across multiple high-end residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
In this senior role, you will be:
Leading FF&E concept development, selections, detailing and full project delivery
Overseeing high-end installations and coordinating seamlessly with contractors, suppliers and site teams
Presenting confidently to private clients and internal teams, articulating design rationale with clarity and authority
Providing hands-on support to the Head of Interior across design direction and project leadership
Mentoring and guiding junior and midweight designers, encouraging growth and high standards across the team
Managing FF&E specifications, procurement, budgets and schedules with exceptional organisation
Ensuring every project reflects the studio’s signature refined, timeless and luxury aesthetic
