Summary

We are currently working with a highly regarded design studio in South West London that specializes in luxury high-end residential projects. Our client is seeking a highly creative Associate Level Interior Designer to join their talented team.

As the Associate Level Interior Designer, you will be responsible for working on all aspects of the design process, from initial concept through to project completion. You will work on fully bespoke residential projects, using your all-round design skills and expertise to create unique and stunning spaces that meet the client’s requirements. The successful candidate will have strong interior architecture and FF&E skills, comfortable leading projects and working closely with clients.

Job description:

  • Work closely with the design team to create unique and stunning design concepts.
  • Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for construction and procurement purposes.
  • Lead projects from initial concept through to project completion.
  • Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the project and maintaining a strong relationship.
  • Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in high-end luxury residential design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ideally skills using Vectorworks, but AutoCAD is also useful.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A highly creative approach to design.
  • Experience working with luxury materials and finishes.
  • Strong interior architecture and FF&E skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
