A leading architecture practice is looking for a Bid Coordinator solely responsible for coordinating and managing all bid submissions in the practice and across their international studios.

You should have a proven capability in delivering successful bid submissions. Experience in coordinating bids from start to end is essential, and your input in identifying opportunities and winning strategies will be invaluable.

Exceptional organisational skills and administrative abilities are crucial for this role, particularly within the built environment sector.

Key Responsibilities for this Bid Coordinator Role

  • Collaborate with partners across the architecture practice to gather bids, competitions, and leads for all studios, maintaining relevant databases.
  • Review briefs and tender documents thoroughly.
  • Manage inputs from internal stakeholders and consultants throughout the bid process, utilising a structured programme.
  • Ensure all necessary bid data is current and easily accessible, including maintaining the bid library and updating CVs.
  • Contribute to creating standout bids, collaborating closely with the Communications and Graphics teams.
  • Coordinate resources effectively to ensure high-quality bids are submitted punctually.
  • Organise post-bid reviews with clients.
  • Provide regular practice updates on pipeline progress and outcomes, including bid statistics analysis.
  • Participate in sector meetings and keep CRM tool Tiny + updated.
  • Work closely with partners responsible for business development, bids, competitions, and the Communications team.
