Salary Guide: £34,000 – £42,000

Summary

This role is for a highly skilled BIM Architect with experience using Revit on live projects. The candidate should be a strong technical architect or recently qualified architect accustomed to completing detailed packages preferably on tall buildings in London. It is crucial that the candidate has a thorough understanding of up-to-date building regulations.

The right person must have:

  • Proficiency in Revit with a well-presented portfolio that showcases their technical skills
  • Strong working knowledge of BIM
  • Experience working on UK tall buildings across all RIBA stages
  • Knowledge of current UK building regs and standards
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with visual presentation skills
  • A proactive attitude and ability to manage their own time
