Summary

Our client, a leading architectural firm based in Central London, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual who possesses a passion for all things BIM-related and is looking to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with an amazing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure quality control and consistency across all BIM models
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Train and mentor team members on BIM processes and software (primarily Revit)
• Develop and maintain BIM standards and procedures

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in BIM implementation, training, and management within the architecture industry
• Advanced knowledge of Revit and other BIM-related software
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of building design and construction process
