A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for digital innovation in design
What’s in it for you?
You’ll join a studio that combines creativity and rigour in equal measure—where design quality is matched by a strong culture of support, recognition, and personal development. In return, you’ll receive:
£48,000–£60,000 salary, depending on experience

5% employer pension contribution
Cycle to Work scheme
Childcare vouchers

Friday drinks and a genuinely sociable studio environment
A clear pathway for career growth in a nationally recognised, design-led team
This is more than just a BIM role – it’s a chance to grow within a forward-thinking practice that values people, ideas, and collaboration.
