HAUS is delighted to partner with an award-winning AJ100 architecture practice in their search for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their innovative and collaborative BIM team. With offices in both London and Manchester, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a people-focused practice that thrives on creative synergy and design excellence.

This leading studio is renowned for its inclusive culture and pioneering approach to design technologies. You’ll be joining a passionate and highly skilled BIM and Design Technologies team working across landmark projects in the UK. If you’re confident, solutions-focused, and have a genuine drive to push digital design forward, this role could be your next exciting step.

The BIM Coordinator Role:

You’ll play a key part in the delivery of BIM on large-scale architectural projects, bringing clarity and coordination to complex workflows. You’ll be fully immersed in the UK BIM Framework, with strong experience delivering to BS EN ISO 19650-2 standards. More than just following the process, you’ll have hands-on experience implementing it and be ready to share your insight with both internal teams and external consultants.

What we’re looking for in this BIM Coordinator Role:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in architectural practice

  • At least 1 year as a BIM Coordinator on large-scale UK projects

  • Strong Autodesk Revit (Architecture) skills – ideally 3+ years’ experience

  • Working knowledge of Navisworks, Rhino, and Grasshopper

  • Bonus points for Dynamo experience

  • Excellent communication skills – you’ll be liaising with teams across the practice

  • A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for digital innovation in design

What’s in it for you?

You’ll join a studio that combines creativity and rigour in equal measure—where design quality is matched by a strong culture of support, recognition, and personal development. In return, you’ll receive:

  • £48,000–£60,000 salary, depending on experience

  • 20 days holiday, plus one additional day per year of service (up to 25 days)

  • 5% employer pension contribution

  • Cycle to Work scheme

  • Childcare vouchers

  • Life insurance

  • Friday drinks and a genuinely sociable studio environment

  • A clear pathway for career growth in a nationally recognised, design-led team

This is more than just a BIM role – it’s a chance to grow within a forward-thinking practice that values people, ideas, and collaboration.
