Summary

A leading UK practice is recruiting for a BIM Coordinator to join their regional South West England office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation of BIM within the studio and support project teams to ensure standards and procedures are maintained.

Job description:

  • In-depth proficiency in Revit with a well-presented portfolio that showcases their technical skills
  • Proficient in Solibri, Dynamo, Navisworks and Sketchup
  • Sound understanding of BIM level 2 standards using ISO19650-2 & PAS 1192-2 documentation for project delivery
  • Strong working knowledge of BIM, its implementation in practice and sound knowledge of procedures and standards
  • Experience supporting project teams, overseeing modelling methods, contributing to practice strategy and managing workflows
  • An interest in sustainable design and a passion working on net zero carbon projects
