BIM Manager Role Summary – HAUS is excited to be partnering with a creative and internationally recognised architecture practice based in vibrant North West London. Known for its beautifully crafted projects across the UK, Europe, and Africa, this dynamic team is seeking a BIM Manager to take the reins on digital delivery and innovation.

What you’ll be doing as BIM Manager:
- Lead and implement BIM processes across all project stages, aligned with ISO 19650 standards
- Create and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and set up the Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Define and monitor project information requirements (EIRs, AIRs, LOIN)
- Coordinate model development and ensure quality through QA/QC checks
- Facilitate BIM training sessions and provide ongoing team support
- Resolve model clashes using federated tools like Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Act as the go-to expert for BIM tools: Revit, COBie, Dynamo, and more
About you:
- 5+ years in BIM management on architecture or multidisciplinary projects
- Proven experience with Navisworks, COBie, Revit, and CDE platforms
- Skilled at running workshops, mentoring teams, and ensuring BIM compliance
- Detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and always a few steps ahead
- A natural communicator and collaborator who thrives in creative studios
