Key responsibilities:

• Technical Detailing: Showcase your expertise in technical detailing to ensure the highest quality in project execution.
• Passion for Sustainability: Drive sustainability initiatives within projects, aligning them with the practice’s core values.
• Experience on Large-Scale Schemes: Bring your experience and knowledge of delivering successful outcomes on large-scale residential projects to the table.
• Stage 4 Experience: Play a pivotal role in project development at Stage 4, ensuring that design concepts are translated into practical solutions.
• Revit and BIM: Utilise your proficiency in Revit and BIM to enhance project collaboration and efficiency.

Skills and qualifications:

• A degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience with Revit and BIM software.
• Proven expertise in technical detailing.
• A genuine passion for sustainability and environmentally conscious design.
• Previous involvement in the successful delivery of large-scale residential projects.
• Familiarity with Stage 4 of project development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A creative mindset and a dedication to innovative design.
• A willingness to embrace and promote MMC and DfMA techniques.
• The ability to make smart use of materials to achieve outstanding results.
