Business Development Manager for Luxury Residential Studio

CONTRACT: PART TIME (3-DAYS) FREELANCE OR 6 MONTH FTC
Salary Guide: £40,000 – £50,000

As the Business Development Manager at this top firm, you will be the driving force behind generating relevant, high-quality leads. You will forge new partnerships, nurture potential client relationships, and create exciting project opportunities for the business. You will collaborate closely with the Project Directors and Practice Management to represent the brand, communicate our unique services, and connect us with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities for this Business Development Manager Role

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to identify and cultivate new business prospects.
  • Identify Partnerships: Identify opportunities and establish new relationships to grow leads, such as with estate agents, property finders, and wealth managers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Strategic Planning: Critically evaluate and formulate strategies to drive lead generation, aligning with our business objectives. Pursue through networking, industry events, and market analysis.
  • Execution Excellence: Demonstrate a proven ability to execute strategies efficiently and effectively, delivering measurable results. Provide comprehensive reports on Business Development endeavours.
