An inspiring global Architecture and Design firm are looking for a well connected Business Development Manager focusing on the Far East market to join their London team.

Job description:

• The successful person will take ownership of  new business & marketing strategy for the Far East, namely the Chinese market.
• You will be responsible for researching the local market, developing a strategy to enter the market and identifying opportunities to secure projects and achieve goals.
• You will be working with the co-founders, new business director and marketing director
• Gathering market information and regular reports
• Strategizing pro-active outreach and an understanding of financial targets.
• Developing connections and relationships that lead to new business opportunities in defined market sectors
• Presenting the company’s service offering to prospective clients

• Maintaining a CRM database
• Collaborating with the co-founders and marketing and new business director to strategize marketing initiatives in the Far East including press, events, website, newsletters and social media.
• Receiving enquiries for new business (including RFQs/RFPs) and collaborating with leadership to strategize responses.
• Production of graphics within branding framework.
• Represent the firm at major trade shows and professional exhibitions.
• The successful candidate will work with the London studio, they can be based in London and/or the Far East.

Skills necessary:

• This studio is looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented person to hit the ground running
• English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaker

• A minimum of 3 years business development experience
• Able to temporarily work remotely due to Covid-19
